Sheet masks are a must in my skincare routine - I typically use them twice a week, sometimes even more when I feel like pampering myself. I throw on a sheet mask after applying serum and before I put on moisturizer, and the next morning, I'm left with the smoothest skin!
Like any other skincare products, I'm super picky with my sheet masks - I don't like ones that dry out too fast, but I also don't like it when they're sopping wet with serum. The material of the mask must also not be too thin, or else it makes the application process very difficult, in my opinion. Enter Puriface, a k-beauty brand I discovered a few months back that make some of the best sheet masks I've ever used!
I'll be talking about the two types of sheet masks they sell and why each works so well with my skin. Be sure to keep reading to the end of the post for an amazing giveaway hosted by me and Puriface!
One of the most anticipated collaboration of 2018 has got to be the Anastasia Beverly Hills x Amrezy Highlight, and I for one, can remember counting down the days until it was released online and in-stores. With its beautiful golden waves and chic packaging, this stunner took over the highlighting world and made every makeup-lover go crazy for its gorgeous and true golden glow!
Cleansing oils is one product that I have never added to my skincare routine because I've had such a hard time finding the right one for my skin. I've been through a multitude of cleansing oils the past couple of years, both drugstore and high-end, and I've never found one that I've enjoyed until I tried the shu uemura Anti/Oxi Skin Refining Cleansing Oil. Now that I know there's actually a cleansing oil on the market that works for me, I don't think I'll ever be without this!
The Urban Decay Backtalk Eye & Face Palette is probably the most uniquely-designed palette in my entire collection. I love how it has both eyeshadows and blushes all in one and is so compact and sturdy - definitely a plus for traveling!
Urban Decay is definitely a brand that's been stepping up their game - their products seem to be getting better and better with each release! However, I have definitely seen some mixed reviews on this particular palette, so I was very curious to give this palette a try for myself. If you're interested in my thoughts and opinions on the Backtalk palette, be sure to continue reading!
Colourpop Cosmetics really has taken the makeup world by storm - their products are absolutely incredible for their prices, and they just keep coming out with new products that awe every makeup lover! I remember how amazed I was during my first encounter with CP products two years ago, and now I feel like their products have gotten even better while still remaining affordable for all.
During the months of March and April, Colourpop had a number of great sales that really caught my attention. I ended up making two separate orders (with no customs fees for both purchases, thank goodness)! Since I've already tried out a few products I've gotten, this post will also contain mini reviews for the products I've already dug into.
