Who loves warm-toned eyeshadows in a small beautiful palette? I DO!
When the Urban Decay Naked Petite Heat palette first came out, I remember I was sitting in class admiring how perfect this palette would be to take with me on-the-go. I always gravitate towards warm-toned shadows when I travel because I know they'll work for me, no matter what look I'm going for. This mini baby has definitely not let me down, so be sure to keep reading to find out why you need this palette in your life as well!
The Urban Decay Naked Petite Heat's*(CAD $36) eyeshadow formula is said to be long-lasting and does not flake or fade throughout the day, thanks to UD's Pigment Infusion System. This system is what gives each shadow its velvety texture, rich colour, and blendability.
These eyeshadows are formulated without sulfates, parabens, and phthalates. Urban Decay is 100% cruelty-free.
The Urban Decay Naked Petite Heat comes in a small, but very sturdy palette with the most gorgeous print on the front of the palette. The palette closes very securely, so there is no need to worry that it will pop open in your purse (yes, I have these types of worries!) There is a decent-sized high-quality mirror in the palette, and each pan of shadow is securely attached to the compact.
Each eyeshadow has 0.04 oz of product.
The Urban Decay Naked Petite Heat has quickly become one of my favourite eyeshadow palettes of all-time. I take it with me everywhere I travel because of the shade selection (I love my warm-tones), the quality of the shadows, and how easy it is to just pack this little gem into my bag.
Every single shadow in this palette has the perfect combination of pigmentation and blendability, making this palette my go-to if I am creating a warm-toned look and looking for shadows to blend out my other shadows or if I want a quick all-matte warm-toned eye look.
When I'm in a rush and need to be out-the-door, I quickly throw on the shades Hot Spell (terra-cotta) and Wild Thing (scorched-orange) into my crease, and it instantly takes my 5-minute makeup look to another level!
On days where I have a little bit more time, I like to go down the palette, starting with Vibrate, to create a warm eye look with a lot more depth to it (I find that layering shadows on top of each other give the entire look more dimension and make it look more put-together.) I then use the shade Inhale (cream demi-matte) to highlight my brow bone and inner corner to tie the whole look together.
Another amazing thing about these shadows is their lasting power. The longevity of these shadows is seriously no joke - I have worn an eye look created with just this palette for over 12-hours, and have noticed zero fading (I do prime and set my eyelids with concealer and powder).
The Urban Decay Naked Petite Heat is definitely a palette everyone needs in their collection, especially if you love warm-toned eye looks. The shadows have amazing lasting power, are pigmented and blendable, and is compact enough to be easily brought along with you in your bag. This palette has become a staple in my collection, and I don't see it going anywhere any time soon!
